During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.

    Breathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths, also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period.
