These sounds are designed to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being. During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.

Breathwork & Ice BathBreathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths , also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period. This practice can reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost the immune system. The combination of breathwork and ice baths can enhance the body's resilience to stress, improve circulation, and provide a profound sense of fulfillment and mental clarity. Together, these practices promote overall health, resilience, and a deeper connection between the mind and body. by Lina Munoz

Temperature Contrast Therapy: Sauna and Cold PlungeThis therapy alternates between a hot sauna and a cold plunge to enhance health and wellness. The heat from the sauna improves circulation, relaxes muscles, and reduces stress, while the cold plunge reduces inflammation, speeds up muscle recovery, and boosts the immune system. This combination promotes overall physical and mental well-being.
