DANIEL AND PALOMA

Daniel and Paloma are yoga teachers with over 8 years of experience and over 1,500 hours of training in various styles such as Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga Therapy, among others.

They have taught in Mexico, Spain, and the United States, training hundreds of students through certifications and workshops. They also have an online platform where more than 18,000 people from around the world have transformed their practice.

With a deep passion for movement and teaching, her approach combines strength, flexibility, and technique, always with exploration and fun. Her methodology, based on Rocket Yoga, helps you develop an advanced practice with confidence and security.

  • Sound Bath
    A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down and are immersed in sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. These sounds are designed to induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional well-being. During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.
  • Breathwork & Ice Bath
    Breathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths , also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period. This practice can reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost the immune system. The combination of breathwork and ice baths can enhance the body's resilience to stress, improve circulation, and provide a profound sense of fulfillment and mental clarity.   • Temperature Contrast Therapy: Sauna and Cold Plunge
    This therapy alternates between a hot sauna and a cold plunge to enhance health and wellness. This combination promotes overall physical and mental well-being.
  • Vinyasa Yoga
