Carefully designed by teachers Celia Kriger and Sharon Shueke, with over 10 years of experience in yoga and wellness, this transformative 4-day, 3-night retreat empowers women to completely disconnect from their daily lives, balance their masculine and feminine energies, and discover a new synergy between mind, body, and spirit. Over the weekend, we will work with the 4 elements in a hotel immersed in nature, with all the comforts and luxury necessary for you to forget about your daily routine and connect with yourself. During the session, the facilitator uses the instruments to create a soundscape that helps balance the body's and mind's energies, facilitating deep meditation and rejuvenation.

    Breathwork and ice baths are powerful practices often combined to enhance physical and mental well-being. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional regulation. Participants engage in specific patterns of inhalation and exhalation to influence their physical state and mental focus. Ice baths , also known as cold water immersion, involve submerging the body in cold water for a short period. This practice can reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and boost the immune system. The combination of breathwork and ice baths can enhance the body's resilience to stress, improve circulation, and provide a profound sense of fulfillment and mental clarity.
