Overview:
We'll explore sacred cities, vibrant markets, tropical rainforests, sacred rivers, and spiritual centers of yoga and meditation. We'll travel in a private group, with local guides, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful logistics for your worry-free enjoyment. There are moments to explore, to celebrate, and also to pause. It's a journey filled with history and color, but also serene, accompanied, and well-cared for.

The Purpose of This Experience:
Led by Gaby Zermeño, one of Latin America's most renowned yoga teachers, this journey invites you to discover the birthplace of yoga from its spiritual and energetic essence. Through practices, teachings, and visits to sacred temples and ashrams, Gaby will share her profound knowledge of alignment, energy, breathing, and meditation, taking each experience beyond the mat. More than a journey, it's an immersion in the wisdom of yoga: an opportunity to reconnect with your body, your purpose, and your vital energy in the places where it all began.
