Day 1 – Arrival in Cairo
Meet & greet at Cairo International Airport with visa assistance by our local team. Private transfer to your hotel and free time to rest after the international flight. Your first chance to feel the energy of the largest city in the Arab world.

Day 2 – Pyramids of Giza & Grand Egyptian Museum
Start the day with the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World: the Pyramids of Giza. Visit the Great Pyramid of Khufu, as well as Khafre and Menkaure, plus the Sphinx and Valley Temple. In the afternoon, explore the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to iconic treasures including the golden mask of Tutankhamun.

Day 3 – Flight to Luxor & Karnak & Luxor Temples
After breakfast, fly to Luxor and board your Nile cruise. Lunch on board before heading out to see Karnak and Luxor Temples. Massive columns, giant gateways, and avenues of sphinxes reveal the power of the New Kingdom pharaohs.

Day 4 – Valley of the Kings & Temple of Hatshepsut
A full day exploring the Theban Necropolis. Visit the Valley of the Kings, final resting place of pharaohs like Ramses II and Tutankhamun. Continue to the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, built for the only female pharaoh who ruled Egypt in her own right. End with the Colossi of Memnon, stone guardians standing for over 3,000 years. Cruise towards Esna.

Day 5 – Edfu & Kom Ombo
Morning visit to Edfu Temple, the best-preserved in all of Egypt, dedicated to Horus the falcon god. After lunch, explore Kom Ombo Temple, a unique double temple devoted to two gods: Sobek the crocodile and Horus. Evening sail to Aswan.

Day 6 – Aswan & Philae Temple
Breakfast on board, then visit the Temple of Philae, dedicated to Isis and painstakingly relocated stone by stone to save it from flooding after the Aswan Dam was built. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional felucca sail around the Nile’s Nubian islands. A magical sunset in southern Egypt.

Day 8 – Historic Cairo: Coptic, Islamic & Bazaar
Today’s focus is Cairo’s cultural and spiritual roots. Visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, then the Citadel of Saladin and the famous Alabaster Mosque. Explore the Coptic Quarter, with churches dating back to the Holy Family. Wrap up at Khan el-Khalili, Cairo’s legendary bazaar.
