I am the Co-Founder of One With You, and for more than 14 years I have been creating journeys and experiences with intention, structure, and attention to detail. My focus is on ensuring that every experience is thoughtfully designed—from logistics and programming to the small details that help people feel comfortable, cared for, and connected.

 

Over the years, I have worked across different countries developing projects that bring together hospitality, thoughtful design, exceptional food, and meaningful moments. I value collaboration, clear solutions, and the continuous pursuit of improvement. Creating with purpose and in partnership with others is what gives meaning to everything we do.

I am the Experience & Operations Manager at One With You, where I focus on creating thoughtfully designed experiences and ensuring they are executed with care and attention to detail. My role is to turn ideas into reality, overseeing every stage of the process—from planning and logistics to on-site operations—so that each experience runs smoothly, efficiently, and seamlessly.

I specialize in coordinating journeys, events, and complex operations, always with a human-centered approach and a practical mindset. I care deeply about creating experiences that feel intentional, well-crafted, and meaningful for the people who take part in them. Beyond my work, I enjoy traveling, reading, discovering new flavors, and continuously learning from anything that sparks curiosity.
